Ten years of explosive growth brought Upward to a 20-way intersection. With unprecedented opportunity and ample resources, the organization felt the strain of discerning which opportunities were key to future growth and which opportunities would dilute their effectiveness. Which direction was right? How could focus be rediscovered? How would the next 10 years sustain exponential impact? Starting in January of 2006, the nine-member leadership team entered the Vision to Grow process. In September, after successfully clarifying their vision, Upward contracted with Auxano for both Phase Two and Brand Communication Advancement services.
