Since 1998, Jeff has been serving as Lead Pastor at the Church in Madison, Wisconsin. the Church is pursuing a vision of “One Church, Regional Impact” until Madison is transformed. Having experienced first-hand the transformational power of strategic clarity in his own ministry, he longs to see other local congregations and ministries get crystal clear on why they are placed where they are. Jeff brings a unique blend of practical experience and gifted facilitation to the vision calrity process. He also offers keen insight into vision integration. He received his Master’s of Divinity in 1992 from Concordia Seminary, St. Louis , MO and has served three different congregations in Iowa and Wisconsin. Jeff has also seen the vision clarity process facilitated as a member of the Pastoral Leadership Institute’s Board of Directors, where he serves as Vice-chair. Jeff lives in Verona, Wisconsin with his wife Amy and three of his four daughters. It is his personal vision to “become the Lord’s master fire-starter.” His daily focus is to: Fix my eyes on Jesus; Ignite a passion for Jesus; Renew hearts & lives; and Empower each person to be a healthy, productive leader.”
