Vision Planning Certified
Get Certified in the Vision Planning Process
The Vision Planning process shapes every next step toward God's better future through short- and long-term strategic horizons. Certified Vision Planning Strategists guide church leaders toward focused dreams and strategic initiatives that energize disciple-making across every ministry and member.
Through an in-person or virtual training experience, leaders receive exclusive training from Auxano co-founder Jim Randall alongside other like-minded vision practitioners and coaches.

The Vision Planning Certification is designed for Auxano client church leaders pursuing in-church advancement as well as network leaders seeking to bring these tools to the churches they serve.

Thursday, May 6: 8:15 a.m.–12:00 p.m. CT
What You Receive:

Training includes access to the Vision Planning Strategist Deck, digital tools, and proprietary training exercises and materials. Leaders engage in a collaborative learning environment with hands-on exercises led by Auxano's developer-practitioner team of Navigators. You'll leave with a proven set of tools ready for immediate use in ministry with church leadership, along with coaching to help you process and install the Horizon Storyline into your own unique leadership calling.

Who Is Eligible for Certification?

The Vision Framing, Vision Planning, and Vision Leading certifications are designed for denomination and network leaders who serve other congregations within their larger system — whether in a staff or contractor capacity. Church leaders who have been guided through the process by an Auxano Senior or Lead Navigator are also eligible for certification for in-church advancement.
