Open Bible symbolizing Scripture-centered church planning and ministry alignment
A church planning process for focused disciple making.
The Ministry Focus Accelerator is a church strategic clarity process that helps leaders simplify their ministries and align programs around a focused disciple-making strategy.

When Do Churches Need Ministry Focus?

Many churches find themselves managing a crowded ministry calendar. Yet through the constant activity, leaders often find themselves asking an important question: Are these efforts actually producing disciples? Over time, ministries can accumulate without a clear framework for evaluating effectiveness, leaving pastors and staff feeling overextended, and volunteers struggling to see how their work contributes to the mission.

How Does Ministry Focus Help?

This guided church strategic planning process helps leaders clarify priorities, streamline ministry efforts, and create a healthier rhythm for staff and volunteers.

What Does Ministry Focus Provide?

The Ministry Focus Accelerator guides pastors and leadership teams through a thoughtful church ministry strategy review, identifying which programs best advance disciple-making and which ones need refinement, consolidation, or redirection.
