What is Vision Planning?
Simply put, Vision Planning is the ONLY strategic planning framework designed (not just adapted) for leaders in the local church to advance their unique, God-inspired vision for Great Commission impact. Over the last 12 years, Auxano served hundreds of churches to deploy their Horizon Storyline Vision Plan, resulting in aligned ministries, inspired outreach, and renewed energy around God’s better future for their congregation. We know that there are thousands of churches connected to network and denominational leaders like you that need this simple, scalable process for forward movement.
What is Vision Planning Strategist Training?
We’re the sole provider for this comprehensive training and ongoing support through an in-person or virtual experience. All certified Vision Strategists receive exclusive training from Auxano co-founder Jim Randall and Senior Lead Navigator Bryan Rose, alongside other leading practitioners and pastors. After certification, strategists will have access to the Vision Planning Strategist Deck, providing step-by-step direction and support to engage leadership teams in churches from 85 to 850 in the discernment of God’s better future. We’ve made every step easy and actionable. The Vision Planning Certification is uniquely designed for Auxano client church leaders for in-church advancement as well as network/denominational leaders for their in-network use.

May 7-9, 2024 - Flower Mound, TX - RockPointe Church's Parker Square Campus. There is also a Virtual Option for participation via Zoom.
