Vision Planning Certification is uniquely designed for Auxano client church leaders for in-church advancement as well as network leaders for in-network use.

The Vision Planning Certification is a transformative experience that equips you with the tools to craft a unifying, compelling vision for your church to experience the growth you desire. You'll gain invaluable insights and skills that will empower you to lead with clarity.

Who is Eligible for Certification?
The Vision Framing, Vision Planning, and Vision Leading certifications are designed to be utilized by denominations/networks in a staff/contractor capacity or for existing clients. The intent is to serve leaders who serve other congregations within their larger system. Church leaders who are client churches of Auxano (have been taken through the process by an Auxano Senior or Lead Navigator) are also eligible for certification for in-church advancement.
