Session 1
Installing a High-Performance, Disciple-Making Engine - in this session denominational leaders will be equipped at coaching church leaders around their disciple-making effectiveness that is guaranteed to accelerate leadership, drive transformation, and energize the entire church. Leaders will learn five principles of disciple-making and gain new tools for use in their work with churches.
Session 2
Innovating a 10x Discipleship Model - in this session denominational leaders will explore four potential paths to the future of discipleship: Increase, Extend, Maximize, and Innovate. Leaders will also collaboratively ideate and identify additional best practices and initiatives to multiply discipleship in their churches.
